Registration is mandatory to attend the conference
Gala dinner is included in registration fees for the participants/ delegates.
All fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%. A payment gateway fee of 3.5% will be applied to the transaction amount, and GST at 18% will also be levied on the payment gateway fee.
Transfer of registration to another member within same organisation is accepted at no additional cost. No other transfer is accepted. Please write to the conference manager at registration@idrc2027chennai.com & cc to secretariat@idrc2027chennai.com

In case of any cancellations, the eligible refund amount shall be affected after deducting USD 30/ INR 3000 towards administration charges as per below table
